Job Description:

SUMMARY 
The Elementary Principal is responsible for providing educational leadership across all elementary grades. The Elementary Principal is responsible for long-term planning and day to day decision making, as well as collaborating and working closely with the administration team and teachers and community members to meet the educational needs and goals of the school district.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • ND Teaching License and Elementary Principal Credential 
  • Master’s Degree with Educational Leadership/Administration preparation 
  • Prior experience handling student management and behavioral issues 
  • Ability to communicate with community stakeholders effectively and appropriately 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills  
  • Ability to foster a collaborative and positive working relationship with students, staff, and the school community 
  • Experience working in an elementary school setting preferred

Salary is based on experience & education. Minimum $85,000
