Shiloh is seeking a Front Office Coordinator for the 2025-2026 school year. The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors at Shiloh. This role is essential to the daily operations of the school, ensuring the front office runs smoothly, communication flows effectively, and systems are continuously improved. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic school environment.
This position contracted for 9 months beginning about a week before the first day of school and finishing the day after the last day of school. Work schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm and follows the school calendar.
