Library Lead

Shiloh Christian School is seeking a Library Lead to oversee and operate our school library. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about fostering a love of reading and learning in students.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the library, maintaining an organized, welcoming environment.
Select, catalog, shelve, and maintain books and other resources.
Assist students and staff in locating and using materials.
Develop and promote reading programs, displays, or seasonal features to encourage engagement.
Coordinate with teachers to support curriculum needs and classroom projects.
Keep accurate records of inventory, check‑outs, and overdue materials.
Supervise any volunteers assigned to the library.
Work Schedule & Compensation
Work schedule will be determined as library schedule is created, position is approximately 28 hours/week.
