Lake Area Career & Technology Center - Devils Lake, North Dakota

Lake Area Career and Technology Center as part of Devils Lake Public Schools (DLPS) has an opening for a Paraprofessional Job Coach. Job coaches provide supervision and instruction for9-12 grade students (s) under the direct supervision of the special education teacher.  This position will follow the school calendar year. Maybe other coaching positions are available in team sports as well.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalency and successful completion of WorkKeys test (We will provide) or minimum of 2 years college.
An additional 20 hours of training in Special Ed within the school calendar year.  On-line training modules are supplied by DLPS and certificate will be applied for from the State when completed.
Possess effective communication skills
Willingness to fulfill district professional growth requirements.
