Job Description:

Some Performance Responsibilities Include:

1.       Uses data to provide instruction to students and bring their skills to grade-level

2.       Addresses the specific needs of a particular students

3.       Supports students with special academic, social and behavioral needs

4.       Monitors, reports and communicates student progress and performance

5.       Collaborates with teachers, administration, and families to help identify best practices for individual students

6.       Attends appropriate trainings to improve knowledge and skills

7.       Performs other duties as assigned
