2026-2027 School year; 186 contract days, 100% FTE
Location: Mandan High School
Position Summary:
Provide small group, individual, and staff language supports and/or instruction for students having academic, physical, and/or behavioral needs.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Use individualized positive behavior reinforcement and therapy techniques.
Develop langauge supports in the LRE to promote collaboration and transference of skills.
Create and execute individual education plans for each of the students in your care.
Communicate with other staff and family members about each student’s progress and programming needs.
Lead or participate in IEP (individual education plan) meetings as scheduled.
Invite family members to participate in each student’s educational progress.
Create and distribute progress reports.

Qualifications:
Must hold an appropriate license from the ND Education Standards and Practices Board.
Minimum of a Master's degree and must be eligible or licensed with the ND State Board of Examiners, Audiology and Speech Language Pathology

Salary: Starting $57,072 for a Master's degree. Full benefit package included.
