Job Description:

Bowman County Public School District is seeking a student-centered Prek-6th Grade Principal to serve as the instructional leader of our elementary schools (Bowman Campus & Rhame Campus). The principal will support academic growth, foster a positive school culture, and build strong relationships with students, staff, and families. The communities of Bowman and Rhame that make up the Bowman County School District are rooted in strong family values that help support the education of their students. 

Responsibilities include supervising and evaluating staff, leading curriculum and instructional improvement, managing daily school operations, and promoting a safe and engaging learning environment.

                             Qualifications:

        Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field
        Valid North Dakota Principal Credential (or ability to obtain)
        Successful elementary teaching experience preferred

                           Salary: $70,514 + DOE
