About the Position:
Gackle-Streeter Public School is seeking a dynamic, student-centered educational leader to serve as K–12 Principal. The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership, foster a positive school culture, and ensure high levels of academic achievement for all students. This individual will work collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the community to support the district’s mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional leadership and support for curriculum development and implementation
• Supervise and evaluate certified staff
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful school environment
• Use data to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes
• Build strong relationships with students, families, staff, and community stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to district policies and state/federal regulations
• Plan professional development opportunities for staff

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Educational Leadership or related field
• Valid Principal Licensure/Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Successful teaching and administrative experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to equity and excellence in education

Salary and Benefits:
Salary and benefits will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. District pays for a single health insurance plan, retirement, and puts money toward a LTD policy. Flex benefit account is available. Personal and sick days awarded each year.
