Job Description:

Glen Ullin School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Principal to join our team for the upcoming school year. Located less than 45 minutes west of Bismarck/Mandan and 45 Minutes East of Dickinson, our district offers a supportive community, small class sizes, and a welcoming environment for both students and staff.

Position Details:

• Job Title: PK-12 Principal
• Location: Glen Ullin School District, Glen Ullin, ND
• Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year
• Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary range ($86,000 to $101,000) determined by experience and education, with benefits including employer paid Family health insurance plan or cash option, TFFR retirement contributions, employer paid life insurance ($25,000), and continuing education stipend.  Employee paid benefits for dental, vision, disability and employer paid opportunities for high quality professional development.  403B, HSA, and FSA options are also available for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Valid North Dakota Principal and Teaching License (or ability to obtain one).
• Master’s degree in education leadership.
• Passion for fostering student growth and achievement.
• Strong Instructional Leadership Skills
