Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Instruction & Curriculum: Develop and teach comprehensive, engaging lesson plans in line with state standards and district curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Establish, maintain, and enforce classroom rules, procedures, and a positive environment for learning.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Grade assignments, administer tests, and monitor student academic and behavioral development, providing feedback.
• Individualized Support: Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Communication: Maintain regular contact with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Collaboration: Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and collaborate with specialists for student needs.
