K–12 Principal
Shiloh Christian School is seeking a K–12 Principal to provide leadership for the daily academic program and across our one-campus PreK–12 school.
At Shiloh, leadership is both a calling and a responsibility. This role is central to ensuring that our classrooms, staff, and students reflect our mission of Academic excellence on a Christian foundation - teaching students to know, love, and serve God.
The K–12 Principal leads the day-to-day execution of our academic program by supporting and developing teachers, ensuring strong instructional practices grades K - 12. This role is also responsible for fostering a consistent and Christ-centered student experience within our elementary program in collaboration with a Dean of Students who is focused on the middle and high school student experience.
This role works closely with the Head of School, who provides overall vision and direction, while the Principal ensures that vision is carried out through daily leadership, staff support, and operational excellence.
