Job Description:

Advanced Ed/Tech (Cognia)

Level B

1. As a Cognia team member, you will be acting as a representative from the high school/elementary school
as you work with our administrators to design a continuous improvement plan for the district.

2. You may assist administrators in the continuous improvement process by:
 a. Preparing for the Cognia visitation
 b. Completing an annual review of the district’s continuous improvement plan
 c. Gathering and analyzing student performance data
 d. Implementing and analyzing perception surveys from district stakeholder groups
 e. Gathering and reviewing data from professional learning activities
 f. Implementing and analyzing the annual Student Engagement Survey
 g. Completing an annual review of the school technology plan
 h. Completing an annual review of the school technology use policy
 I. Gathering input from district educators and staff
 J. Sharing the goals and outcomes of the continuous improvement plan with the district
 educators and staff
