Red River High School is seeking a dedicated and positive Head Boys Soccer Coach to lead and grow our program. The head coach will be responsible for developing student-athletes both on and off the field by promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, accountability, and skill development.

Position Information
Season Start Date: August 3, 2026
Season Length: 11 weeks

Responsibilities
Plan and lead practices, games, and team activities
Foster a positive and competitive team culture
Support the academic and personal growth of student-athletes
Communicate effectively with players, parents, staff, and administration
Ensure compliance with school and team expectations
Coordinate offseason development and program growth opportunities

Qualifications
Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to build positive relationships with student-athletes
