Job Description:

Barnes County North School District is seeking a passionate, student-centered First Grade Teacher to join our elementary team. Qualifications
Valid North Dakota Teaching License (or ability to obtain licensure)
Strong understanding of elementary curriculum and instructional best practices
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners
Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary and Benefits
Pursuant to the negotiated teacher agreement:

Base Salary: $43,500 (Permanent Position)
