Job Description:

Location: Kindred High/Middle School
Start Date: When available

Benefits: PERS Retirement contribution, single health/dental plan, sick/vacation days.
Hours: Evening shift during the school year (2:30 - 11:00 pm); daytime hours when school is not in session.
Goal:  To provide students/staff with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop.

Skills and Abilities Required:
Ability to communicate and work with others.
Ability to do basic trouble shooting with minor maintenance, repairs.
Ability to troubleshoot governance equipment.
Must be able to do manual labor, climb ladder and to lift 30 lbs.
Ability to provide proper cleaning and craft building, sites, furniture and various kinds of equipment, supplies, and instructional materials.
Basic computer operation skills are needed to communicate through email and monitor HVAC systems.

Pay Rate: Based on experience with a minimum of $19.00/hour
