BCN is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Secondary School Principal to lead the day-to-day operations of our 7-12 grade levels. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a passion for educational excellence, student success, and community engagement. As the principal, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, ensuring high-quality teaching, and learning, and fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment for all students.

- Lead and inspire staff members, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and excellence in teaching.

- Implement and monitor educational programs that align with the district's mission and state standards, driving academic success and innovation.

- Engage with students, staff, parents, and the wider community to build strong relationships and foster a supportive and inclusive school culture.

- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with district and state policies.

- Champion student well-being, providing guidance and support to ensure that every student has the opportunity to pursue their vision.

Qualifications

- Must have or be able to obtain a valid North Dakota Teacher License and Secondary Principal Credential.

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff and students.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building strong community partnerships.

- Demonstrated ability to implement innovative educational strategies and programs that enhance student learning.

- Commitment to the district's mission of empowering students to pursue their vision.
