Job Description:

Elgin/New Leipzig Public School District #49 is looking for a superintendent to start the 2024-2025 school year. We are looking for applicants that have a strong school finance background, ability to create and sustain community and school collaboration, and an individual that has strong communicasiton skills. Being active in the school and community is another trait we are looking for. E/NL has a strong staff that are committed to the schools mission of providing a positive and safe environment that promotes lifelong learning to all individuals.

The Elgin-New Leipzig Public School District, Elgin, North Dakota, seeks a highly qualified superintendent who is certified in ND or is eligible to become certified. The successful candidate will assume responsibilities of the position July 1, 2024. Dakota Leadership Solutions (DLS) has been engaged to assist the school board with this search.
