Job Description:

OSEC is searching for a motivated individual with a degree in special education (will also consider general education teacher with willingness to get alternate certification) to provide services in rural north central South Dakota. Candidates must be knowledgeable of the special education process and of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and be willing to provide high-quality educational services to students with special needs. Candidates must possess people skills, be able to be flexible to suit various situations, and demonstrate excellent speaking and writing skills. Base salary is $47,700 with additional pay for experience, $6000 signing bonus, $500 moving expenses, and excellent benefits package available.
